Just signed my new lease. I love it here. The new management team is amazing. The common areas and hallways are kept very clean and I often see maintenance hard at work painting, moping, vacuuming and attending to whatever needs arise. The staff is friendly and feels almost like family. I plan to be here for a very long time.

Highly recommend checking out The Station at San Marco! The location is amazing, offers great amenities (including EV charging!), and the property team is top notch! They are friendly, respond quickly, and keep everything looking great!

I started looking a bit early for where I want to move and even though my timeframe wasn’t available yet, they still took their time listening to my needs and helped me find the type of apartment that works best for me when my time comes up. Full tour, the property is beautiful and clean. Love the city like feel and the upgrades in the apartments. I can’t wait until I can move! Crystal and Al were truly angels in disguise. They went above and beyond to help me find an apartment that perfectly fit my needs and made me feel right at home. Moving from out of town made the process challenging, but thanks to them, I found a perfect place. They made my immediate move-in incredibly smooth ,everything was completed and I was able move in with in 48 hours.

Place is very clean and up kept. Very close walking distance to many places even bars. Tai the agent was great to work with and even did a FaceTime tour as I was to far before move in. Overall great place to be.
